In This Tutorial i will tell you how to make a realistic metal plate with screw on it, so what are you waiting for open up photoshop and start with me.

Here we go guys starts with a new document of any size you like and by selecting the rectangle marquee tool from the tool bar make a perfect squire shape by holding shift key while dragging the shape, and fill it with #464646 color.Then select blending options by right click on the layer in the layer panel. In the blending options window you will see Bevel and Emboss, click that and change the following settings: <br>
Depth=1000,
Size =0,
leave another settings as it is hit enter to confirm the setting and close the blending options window. |
| Now go to filter then Noise followed by add noise use the setting as shown in the figure . Hit enter to confirm. |

Now again go to filter and then Blur followed by motion blur use the setting as shown in the figure. |
| Now you must be heaving a nice looking metal plate.Now make a new layer on the top of the plate layer and make a perfect round selection with the help of the elliptical marquee tool.Dont forget to press and hold shift key while dragging the perfect circle, name it sr_base. |

Now get the gradient tool and hit D to set the default foreground and background color i.e. foreground #000000 and background #FFFFFF,now hit X to reverse it, and now by selecting the radial gradient drag the gradient as shown in the figure.Now hit the ctrl+M to get the curves menu and make the setting as input=103 and output=49
Now go to edit in the ps menu and stroke the sr_base 1px with #000000 color
. |
| We are almost done, now get the typing tool and pickup a crisp font and type "+" on the top of the sr_base with #FFFFFF color, now rastarize the font layer and select it by ctrl+click in the layer panel fill it now with #000000 color you will have the same result as shown in the figure left to you. |

Just a little decoration of the same screw we just made you can have great looking metal plate with screw tie to it. |
